We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can reschedule or cancel an existing booking.

Steps for Rescheduling:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to “Create Ticket”
  2. Write a ticket to the management let the know you want to reschedule or cancel your ticket

Conclusion:
After making changes, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If eligible, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
